Factory inspection is a defined sequence, not a single event. A three-gate model runs at intake, in-process and pre-shipment.

“An inspection regime is only as strong as the record it leaves behind. If it cannot be produced against the batch six months later, it did not happen.”
— Technical Desk, BETA Projects

01Intake

Raw material is verified against the specification before it enters the production line. Species, grade, moisture content and dimensional consistency are recorded. Non-conforming stock is removed before it becomes finished product.

02In-process

Production is sampled during the run against the approved control sample. Colour, finish, dimensional tolerance and squareness are measured. Adjustments are made in-line; the batch record is annotated against the release order.

03Pre-shipment

Packed cartons are opened and cross-checked against batch records prior to loading. Quantities are reconciled and the loading sequence is confirmed against the delivery plan.
