Specification Review - Step 03
Sample Sourcing & Matching
Samples are drawn directly from qualified manufacturers and, where required, matched to a nominated reference or approved control.
Manufacturing Coordination - Step 04
Product Approval
Submitted samples, technical data, certifications and warranty terms are closed out by the project team ahead of production release.
Approval Workflow - Step 05
Contract & Structured Terms
Commercial terms are issued against the project — pricing, milestones, supply conditions and delivery schedule drawn to the construction programme.
Production Alignment - Step 06
Production & Delivery
Production is released, freight is coordinated and material is delivered against the confirmed window, with reporting held to the programme.
Lead Time Management
Lead times are determined at the point of production allocation — informed by category, volume, custom parameters, freight consolidation and prevailing manufacturing conditions. Indicative windows are confirmed in writing against the release order.
