Specifiers

Technical specification reference.

A reference set for architects, interior designers and project consultants — defined ranges, production parameters, environmental tolerances and documentation formats across the categories procured.

A

Product Consistency

Material supplied across a project is sourced from the same manufacturer and, where production allows, the same production run. Batch numbers and production dates are recorded against project orders. Pre-delivery samples are submitted for confirmation against the approved control sample prior to release of subsequent quantities.

B

Custom Manufacturing Parameters

Production-side variables that can be specified directly to the manufacturer, subject to category and volume.

Dimensions
Plank length, width and board thickness.
Grading
Visual grade selection and natural feature allowance.
Finishes
Surface treatment, sheen level and edge profile.
Colour Control
Reference matching and dye-lot management across orders.
Production Tolerances
Dimensional and finish tolerances confirmed to specification.
Run Identification
Batch and production-run tracking against project.
C

Environmental Consideration

Timber and engineered timber products are dimensionally responsive to moisture and ambient conditions. On-site humidity, sub-floor moisture content and climate-controlled acclimatisation periods must be considered prior to installation. Product is supplied with manufacturer guidance on acclimatisation, sub-floor preparation and environmental tolerances relevant to the installation jurisdiction.

D

Display Suite Capability

Small-volume custom production is available for display suites, sales centres, marketing apartments and feature spaces. Minimum order quantities apply, and standard LCL freight consolidation is used — lead times reflect consolidation cycles and should be incorporated into the marketing programme.

E

Documentation Support

Material issued in formats compatible with standard specification platforms and tender submission requirements.

  • Technical Data
Data sheets, slip ratings, fire classifications, wear performance and warranty terms.
  • Samples
Loose samples, A4 panels and box samples sourced directly to the project team.
  • Specification Alignment
Review of specifications against manufacturer capability and supply availability.
Note

All ranges, thresholds and production parameters are subject to project review. Technical data, certifications and samples are issued on request.
