About

A procurement counterparty, held at origin.

BETA Projects has operated in commercial procurement for over fifteen years. The practice is structured around direct manufacturing relationships and long-form engagements — not distribution volume.

Position

A direct procurement counterparty between manufacturers and Tier 1 project teams — engaged at origin, without distribution or retail layers between the mill and the site.

Background

Fifteen years of practice has been spent at origin — inside the mills, plants and finishing facilities where the product is manufactured. More than five hundred sites have been audited and assessed across the categories the firm coordinates.

That exposure defines the operating model. Manufacturing capability is judged against what has been observed on the production floor, not against catalogue claims. Relationships are held directly and long-term, with no distribution layer between the project and the mill.

For the project team, the outcome is repeatable: specification held, supply reliable, and a single accountable channel from award through to site delivery.

Principles
Continuity

The same product, to the same specification, across the duration of a construction programme.

Discipline

Lead times, tolerances and commercial terms confirmed directly with the manufacturer.

Accountability

One procurement counterparty from initial brief through to final site delivery.

Future

The Future of BETA Projects.

BETA Projects was founded on commercial flooring procurement. Over time, our procurement network will expand into complementary construction product categories through carefully selected manufacturing and supply partners who share the same commitment to quality, transparency and commercial reliability.

Engagement

Open a procurement conversation on an upcoming project.

Enquiries are read against project fit, category and programme prior to engagement.
