BETA Projects operates as a procurement partner to builders, developers and project teams — applying the same discipline to flooring supply that consultancies apply to programme, cost and risk. The following eight disciplines describe how that work is done.

Specification Alignment

Every project specification is reviewed line-by-line with the manufacturer before production is scheduled. Design intent, product data and factory capability are reconciled in writing — minimising variation and unexpected outcomes on site.

Production Planning

Manufacturing capacity is booked against a project's programme — not the other way around. Raw material reserves, line allocation and order sequencing are scheduled to protect handover dates across multiple concurrent projects.

Batch Consistency

Colour control, grading and dimensional tolerances are managed at the mill — not corrected on site. Production is planned as a single continuous run wherever possible, with every batch measured against a retained master reference panel.

Environmental Preparation

Engineered timber is prepared for the climate it will live in. Moisture content is stabilised at the factory against the destination city's seasonal humidity envelope — reducing on-site acclimatisation risk, cupping and post-install movement.

Quality Assurance

Quality is controlled at three gates — before production begins, during the run, and before the container is sealed. Every inspection is recorded, timestamped and reconciled against the original specification.

International Logistics

Freight is coordinated as an extension of production — not a hand-off. Sailing schedules, customs, quarantine and site delivery windows are planned in reverse from the project's handover date, with buffered milestones for exceptions.
